SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

Made to Order items have a 2-4 week turnaround time. We aim for the former, however, due to the worlds current uncertainties we keep the buffer.

TAT may schedule to change at the discretion of the owner, if/when TAT do change, a mass email will be sent to the consumer notifying of them of such change.

When you place a made to order item, you are agreeing to purchase an item that we do not have on hand or ready to ship.There is a waiting period and you agree to this wait by completing your purchase. Refunds will not be issued based on wait times within the turnaround time. We will always do it’s best to give you an accurate estimate of when your items will arrive and will provide updates any time they are available. Our average TAT is 2 weeks with a wait time of up to4 weeks.

Retail items are on hand and is ready to ship. Unfortunately, in the age of modern technology websites can oversell. If these situations arise, you will receive a refund for the out of stock item, we will ship the remainder of your items. We do our best to reach out to give you an option of refund or exchange, as a courtesy, during peak seasons these efforts are not always an option.

It is not uncommon for us to receive flawed custom item as they are handmade. 

If you receive a flawed item Vibrant D's & Co. reserves the right to offer a replacement of the item, store credit, a comparable discount or refund at our discretion. Fabric must be returned, unwashed and uncut to qualify.


If you place an order during a sale, or receive free shipping, the refund/store credit will be adjusted accordingly. 

 

If you receive flawed item please email us at  Vibrantdsandco@gmail.com or message an Admin on Facebook with your name on the order, Paypal email, the order number, measurements, and pictures of the flaw(s) within 5 days of receiving your order.
